It is easy to forget that there are families in our communities who are not as fortunate as we are. It is a struggle sometimes to survive and many have no hope of providing extras (like toys) for Christmas.  That is where YOU & Christmas 4 Kids comes in. We are the children's hope.  We can show them that SOMEONE does care!

ALL DAY CHAPERONES will be required to spend the whole day with us year beginning about 10:30am with a meeting (at Hendersonville Wal-mart) and THE DAY WILL NOT BE COMPLETE until the children are back at their school that night, safely before 10:00pm. You will be assigned to a bus that will pick up the children at school, take them back to the church for an early dinner and go to Wal-mart where you will shop with a child from your bus. The remaining children will be matched with an Evening Chaperone that will be waiting for you at Wal-Mart. After the shopping is complete, 1) you will return your child to their bus 2) you and the children will go back to the schools and parents/guardians 3) you will come back to Wal-Mart with your driver after the last child has been picked up.
 WHEN YOU SIGN UP TO BE AN ALL DAY CHAPERONE: YOU MUST BE READY, WILLING & ABLE TO SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY WITH US & SHOP WITH A CHILD THAT EVENING.

EVENING (Shopping) CHAPERONES must be at Wal-Mart no later than 4:30pm to have a short meeting and wait for the children to arrive on the buses. You will be assigned a child to shop with. After they are finished, you will be responsible for returning that child to the correct bus and staying with them until a daytime chaperone returns to their bus.

LEBANON SCHOOLS CHAPERONES This group will have a 2pm meeting at Four Seasons Bus Company in Lebanon, be assigned to buses, then travel to the schools to pick up children. Once loaded, you will travel to Hendersonville, the kids will have a short dinner, Christmas Party with Santa & Mrs. Claus then shop. After shopping, you will be escorting the children back to Lebanon on the buses. The buses will bring you back to Four Seasons to get your car.
WHEN YOU SIGN UP TO BE A LEBANON CHAPERONE: YOU MUST BE READY, WILLING & ABLE TO SHOP WITH A CHILD & WILLING TO SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY WITH US.
